Refund/Return Policy

For any inquiry regarding issues with an order shipped, please contact us at [email protected]. Please include the original sales receipt from your order with any inquiry, so CCC Racing can confirm the information.

CCC Racing Responsibility
If any error or damage to an item was our responsibility while in our possession, we will provide you with a return label via email that you can use to ship back the item in question. Upon receiving the returned item, we will prepare a replacement for you at no extra expense.

Carrier Responsibility
If any item in your order is lost or damaged during shipment, you have the option to purchase a side skirt or wing replacement for a reduced price. Side skirt replacements will cost $60 and wing replacements will cost $75. We would use the information from your recent order to prepare the replacements. All replacements include shipping insurance in the event they are damaged during shipment while in the carrier's possession. Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by carrier during shipment.

If you purchased insurance coverage for the affected order, then you have the option to file a claim with the carrier to get reimbursed for any affected item(s) being lost or damaged during shipment. For domestic orders, a claim can be filed through USPS at the following link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. Claims will take 5-10 business days for USPS to make a decision on.

For international orders, a claim can be with UPS through the following link: https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page. Claims will take 8-10 business days for UPS to make a decision on.
